Although the Chicken Shed no longer homes actual chickens, 5 days a week between the hours of 9 am and 5:30 pm you will be able to find the 3LT team tirelessly working away on the next big product! Each month we will give you exclusive behind the scenes access to a team member’s life, what they do at 3 Legged Thing, what they do in their spare time and most importantly, what they photograph outside of the world of tripods.
First in the series is Megan. Megan handles customer support, trade support and is also commonly known as our resident tripod fixer-upper.

“Megan Prouse – Aka, Prouse/Prouseey/Smurf/Smeg/That one…”
Job Title at 3LT?
“I do quite a lot at 3LT. My job title is Trade Support. My main role is customer service; fixing and servicing tripods. I also help the sales team with in-store training and making sure all orders are put on the system. I also help out in the warehouse when the extra help is needed to get your order out to you as quickly as possible… I could go on but I would just bore you. Oh, and I am not the receptionist!”

“I provide customer service.”

“1 year, 3 months (I started October 2017)”
What’s the best thing about working at 3LT?
“Having a fun relaxed team and a part-time office dog.”
When you’re not at work, what do you like to do?
“Have a sit-down, in a nice pub with friends.”
What do you like to take photographs of?
“My Life, and what is happening at that moment to capture memories.”

“Fuji X-T2 +35mm 1.4 or 18-55 kit lens.”
What’s your dream photography destination?
“Hawaii.”
What’s your favourite chocolate bar?
“Plain old Dairy Milk or Snickers… “

“Bright Red, ‘you’re the avocado to my toast’ socks.”
If you had one wish, what would it be?
“I would wish to have enough money to move out of home into a nice house of my own. Also, I wish to never be hungover ever again… If I say it in one wish does that count as one?”
