Oscar, Paige, and Zayne combine Arca-Swiss compatibility, AXIS QD strap support, PD Capture compatibility, and XPAND modular rig expansion.

3 Legged Thing is launching three new dedicated L-brackets designed for specific OM System, Panasonic Lumix, and Nikon mirrorless cameras.

All three L-brackets have built-in compatibility for standard 38mm Arca-Swiss-style tripod heads and clamps. Each of them features a stainless steel QD socket that is compatible with 3LT’s AXIS quick-release camera strap system, as well as a patented triple-axis XPAND slot that enables users to build their own camera rig around the L-bracket using XPAND System Cheese Plates, Risers, and Connectors. All of the L-brackets are also supplied with a robust adapter and pass-through camera screw enabling use with Peak Design Capture clips (v3).

“Dedicated L-brackets continue to be one of our most popular product ranges, and we regularly get requests from customers to make L-brackets for their camera,” said Stuart Boston, Chief Operating Officer, 3 Legged Thing. “We always aim to make our L-brackets multifunction, and by integrating compatibility with our AXIS camera straps, and XPAND build-your-own-rig system, we’re further innovating the usability of these new products.”

Made from robust yet lightweight aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, Oscar, Paige, and Zayne each include multiple 3/8”-16 threads with ¼”-20 adapters, ideal for attaching magic arms.

The three new L-brackets are:

Oscar QD dedicated L-bracket for OM System OM-3, which features a detachable camera grip for improved handheld use, and gives users full access to battery door, and to side ports thanks to its shorter vertical aspect.

Paige QD dedicated L-bracket for Panasonic Lumix S5 II, S5 IIX, and G9 II, with shorter upright to enable rear screen to be opened and tilted. Gives full access to battery door and side ports.

Zayne QD dedicated L-bracket for Nikon Z50 II, gives users full access to battery door and side ports, and has a gap in the vertical aspect to enable rear screen to be opened and tilted.

Oscar, Paige, and Zayne are all available in 3 Legged Thing’s signature L-bracket colours, Darkness (matte black) and Copper (orange). They can be purchased directly from 3LeggedThing.com, and from authorised resellers - https://3leggedthing.com/en-uk/pages/store-locator. Suggested retail price for Oscar QD is £119.99 / US $129.99, for Paige QD and Zayne QD £89.99 / US $99.99
