Delivery

Depending on the size and weight of the product, deliveries to EU countries will be via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For, or UPS for larger or heavier items. Orders over 150 € qualify for free shipping. We dispatch parcels the same day Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 noon.

Customs

All orders are sent with duties paid by us, so you should not receive any requests for payment at the point of deliver. If you receive a request for payment from your courier, please contact support@3leggedthing.com and provide a copy of the request you have been sent together with your order number.

Attach this pair of AXIS GATEKEEPER clips to the loops on your backpack, rucksack or hiking bag. Then unclip the centre section of your AXIS SLING and click it into place on either side.
