Depending on the size and weight of the product, deliveries to EU countries will be via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For, or UPS for larger or heavier items. Orders over 200 € qualify for free shipping. We dispatch parcels the same day Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 noon.
Customs
You will be responsible for paying any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of dispatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

XP85 Base is a multi-function quick release plate compatible with any camera with a standard ¼”-20 camera screw thread.
Built from lightweight yet robust aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, the XP85Base features a standard 38mm / 1.5” Arca-Swiss profile, making it compatible with the majority of Arca-compatible tripods and clamps, including those from 3 Legged Thing.
The plate also features 3 Legged Thing’s Patented XPAND connector enabling it to be joined to the range of XPAND Connectors, Cheese Plates and Risers. XPAND is a versatile, modular system that enables content creators to build custom camera rigs. The connector can also be extended from the base for added versatility.
The XP85 Base features a sloped rear edge for easier access to rear flip screens. It includes two camera screw slots to allow optimal positioning, and access to battery doors on most cameras. Rubberised pads on the base ensure a secure connection, while the stainless steel ¼”-20 camera screw attaches the plate firmly to the camera.
