The British tripod manufacturer has introduced a compact multifunction tripod head that's perfect for video makers, content creators, and wildlife and sports photographers.
3 Legged Thing is excited to introduce a newly designed head that can be used with tripods, monopods, sliders, dollys and clamps. The AirHed Trinity is a compact, fluid-motion, pan and tilt head that offers videographers, content creators, wildlife spotters, and photographers a versatile option for supporting their cameras, spotting scopes, and long lenses when used with a tripod or monopod.

Measuring less than 8cm (3.25") tall and just under 9cm (3.5") wide, this compact head has an impressive 5kg / 11 lb load capability and is supplied with a standard 38mm Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate.
Made from precision-engineered aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, the AirHed Trinity features a 360˚ degree panning base, and a full 170˚ (+90˚ / -80˚ ) range of tilt. Both pan and tilt have a smooth, fluid action to give users ease-of-use and movement.
AirHed Trinity's easy-grip tilt control holds and releases the tilt movement, while the panning and clamp twist controls feature knurling for additional grip and leverage.
AirHed Trinity also comes with a removable 20 cm panning arm with a rubber comfort grip for use in a variety of conditions. The panning arm features a security retainer to prevent the arm from detaching when loosened. This can be screwed-off to remove the arm for storage and transportation.
This capable, yet compact multi-use head will be available on its own from 30th April 2024, and in Punks Video kits with 3LT's Corey, Travis, Patti, Billy, and Brian 2.0 tripods from 14th May. In the coming weeks, the AirHed Trinity will also be bundled with Punks and Legends monopod kits, that include the Docz foot stabiliser, to create monopod superkits. The price for the head alone is £79.99 / US $89.99.
