Buy a thing once

I was fortunate to be gifted a pair of Binoculars that I wanted to use for Stargazing. Trent is tall enough that I can get my lanky carcass under it, and it stabilises my binoculars a lot better than my stick arms.

From the moment you open the box you know it is made of serious stuff. I have had the odd selfie stick from Amazon and this is a different beast altogether. I can see this lasting for decades. We should be buying better and buying less, so for the sake of the planet get yourself one of these.

Real Quality

Was really surprised how good this actually was. Extremely well made, easy to use and good to look at. Used mainly for motorsports photography, this monopod holds my 600mm lens with no issues of shake. Buy one, you wont regret it.

Hard as Nine Inch Nails

I've used my 2 Three Legged Thing tripods for over 5 years and had confidence that this Trent monopod would live up to my expectations. I certainly wasn't disappointed. What a great bit of kit, built to last and although I've only used it twice it's already delivering great results. Yesterday I used Trent to photograph rally cars and spent hours in a sodden and muddy ploughed field where it got absolutely blathered. I was able to pan and got some amazing blurred background shots of the cars at speed. When I got home, Trent was absolutely minging but a rub down with a wet cloth and he was as good as new and ready for his next adventure. Great bit of kit which will be put to good use and deliver great results for many years.

Right choice

Fellow sports shooter recommended this. After decades of using the same brand through three different sticks, risked making the leap and couldn't be happier. Well built, light, easy to use, great range.

Monoploy on my podlife

I recently got a camera lens big enough to require a tripod or monopod to hold it up comfortably and my google-foo led me here. I finally got to take it on a little trip to my local crag and on the approach I was able to use it as a walking stick which is a nice benefit.

The construction and durability are second to none and the Range footware attachment is a nice addition.

A reliabe, sturdy and essential piece of equipment

I love this monopod. It's sturdy enough for my heaviest lenses and yet not too heavy to carry all the time. It is easy to adjust for quickly changing field conditions and I love the tallness. Five Stars from me.

Trent 2.0

I recently got my hands on the 3 Legged Thing Trent 2.0 Monopod, and I have to say I'm impressed. This thing is rock solid! It's made with high-quality materials and feels really sturdy in your hands.

One of the things I appreciate about the Trent 2.0 is its versatility. It comes with a detachable rubber foot that you can replace with a spiked foot for better stability on uneven ground. The monopod also has a removable wrist strap and a carabiner for easy carrying.

Setting up the Trent 2.0 is a breeze. It has a quick-release plate that lets you attach and detach your camera quickly, and the leg locks are smooth and easy to operate. The bubble level is a nice touch too, making it easy to get your shots level.

Another thing that stands out about the Trent 2.0 is how tall it is. At full extension, it's 80 inches tall! That's plenty of height to get some unique shots. And with a maximum weight capacity of 66 pounds, it can support even the heaviest of camera setups.

All in all, I'm really happy with the 3 Legged Thing Trent 2.0 Monopod. It's a solid piece of gear that's versatile, easy to use, and can handle whatever camera setup you throw at it. If you're in the market for a new monopod, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

A Fantastic Piece Of Kit

When I purchased Trent, I thought that it would be a solid piece of Kit, but it really turned out to be quite superb, and with the Docz, it really is unputdownable.

Solid

Easy to use, holds weight of camera plus 500mm lens no problem. Love the docz- superb mini tripod light enough to chuck in the backpack strong enough to hold the gear.

Awesomeness

I bought the Trent monopod with the Docz stabilizer and it's awesome and well constructed. The reason I chose 3LT for this monopod (with Docz) is the load capacity, height-range, durability, and versatility. 3LT has good products and customer service to match.

Deserves 5 star rating

Saw this Monopod on a Facebook advert and I been looking to get one. I loved how it looked especially the blue trimmings. Checked out the website was impressed with what I saw. I also liked the choice of adding the Docz tripod adaptation. Price also helped in my decision in buying. On receiving I find it very good in quality of the product materials and strength. It is getting a lot of use. I recommend this 100%.
