QR11 2.0 Arca Swiss-Compatible Universal L-bracket

Purchased this Universal L bracket to fit my Fuji GFX50S with battery grip. Works a treat as its a universal fitting for larger body's so can comfortably shoot in both portrait and landscape modes without having to change any of my Arca compatible tripod heads.

I simply cannot be the photographer I am without this product.
I have the copper colour which really stands out on my Canon D6 mkii.
My photography is quite diverse ....Macro to Landscapes so I need total stability in an instant. My photography club buddies zoom into this part of my kit when I'm in action.
I would love one of the fab robust tripods to complete my set up so fingers crossed 🤞

I love these things. When I get a new camera, I order one of these brackets. Sometimes I order two: a short one for when I leave the accessory battery pack at home, and a long one for when I need it. I like the protection it affords as well as the look and utility. The Arca-Swiss mounts are very helpful. (Taps fist to chest three times,) 3 Legged Thing for life.

Works great on my Pentax K-1 with the battery grip installed. I need to remove it to get at the battery tray in the grip but there are worse things in life. This is a well crafted piece of equipment.

Too big. Can't get customer service to respond for returns or exchange.

Great quality and enables easy change from landscape to portrait format.

While not specifically designed for it, the Standard works well for my needs on the Nikon D850. (While blocking the cable access on the left side of the body, but on hikes this isn't a factor for me.)

Engineered to the high standards we can expect from 3 Legged Thing, I'm happy to include this in my kit.

First, I love the Copper color. It is unique and complements a black camera body exquisitly. Of course I’m biased, as each of my three Nikon bodies has one. I love the utility of it and the protection it offers.

Why did I buy L brackets? OK you can mount your camera on a ball head but it lacks the flexibility of an “L-bracket”. Changing the photo mode from landscape to portrait is quick when rotating a ball head but the centre of gravity of the camera and the tripod moves significantly. If you have a motorised macro jig ... and lights or flash heads too, you risk topple as you adjust orientation change. With an “L” you rotate the camera solely without major centre of gravity change. The position of the other gear can remain fixed. The centre or axis line of the lens changes little if at all. And a simple use .... easy to hold as a simple side handle. And invert it, it acts as a simple rigid support. Versatility build in. So I bought some more for my other cameras. Why did I wait so long to discover them .....

Couldn't have asked for a better bracket. Well machined, sturdy and fit for purpose. Currently using it with a Nikon D810/850/ZFc. One bracket to rule them all!

A great little L bracket. Fits my Eos M6 really well and provides a great solid stable mounting option for my astro photography missions. Typical 3 Legged Thing quality (freaking flawless perfection). What else can I say 3LT makes the best gear out there and this is no exception. If there isn't a specific bracket for your body, or you have multiple smaller bodies and need something that will work across them, look no further!

I have a Hasselblad x2d and the bracket is well machined. With a little adjustment worts great. Would buy Ang if needed.

I bought my QR11 2.0 Arca Swiss-Compatible Universal L-bracket from B&H in New York. I liked how accessible the thing was to use and carry in the provided pouch. The bracket is easy to engage with and versatile for convenience, utilising personal preference.

Ordered on line from the US. Shipping by way of Royal Post and USPS went without any problems. Looking forward to ordering other items in the future.

So I plucked out with the prize draw. I had my claws crossed for a terrific prize winging its way to me from the flock at “3 legged thing”. My giblets were twitching with anticipation. I knew I was clutching at straws but I dared to dream. Now I am crestfallen. I feel so bruised and batteried. All hope has been drumsticked out of me. Wattle I do I pondered at first. Parson's nose how I am to carry on. My poor hen bore the brunt of my fowl mood but I realised that I needed to keep my pecker up. My tripod may be as stable as a limp comb. My pano horizon may be as wonky as a wishbone. But I'm not one to brood on it. I will not retreat into my shell. I still have free range to pursue my craft with my pair of Nikons resplendent in their bright L bracket plumage. Keep up the most excellent (missed open goal but wait for it…) work my chicken friends.

The QR11 Universal L-Bracket is my first L-Bracket and I ordered one of the last ones in the sale.

Even when I unpacked it, I was very impressed by the thick individual parts. It feels valuable and robust. The assembly was self-explanatory and done in seconds.

Since unpacking it a month ago (greetings back from Nigel the Fap), it has virtually grown together with my Nikon D7200 and ensures a very secure hold on the tripod head. And I have been able to use it more often to carry the camera, even though my hands were actually already full. Very useful! Well designed.

Bonus smile: The international delivery service stuck its label on the packaging so that only "[3 L] egged Thing" could be read. :D

Having used L-brackets from other manufacturers to fit both Nikon and Sony bodies, it is quite easy for me to say that the fit, finish, and design of the 3 Legged Thing QR11 Universal L-bracket is quite superior. And meeting "Nigel the Flap" an extra bonus!

I bought this to aid in astrophotography. It effortlessly allows you to change from portrait to landscape and keep your tripod balanced. It fit my Canon 6D mkII fine. It's well made and light weight. Comes with some nice to have extras.
