AirHed Cine Video Head

This cine head is amazing. Sooo smooth and easy to use. Works great on my 3LT Winston 2.0. It leveled up my video setup. Thanks 3LT

This thing is the mutts nuts, the bogs dollox. An great fluid head and well worth the money. Its levelled up my recording and wildlife stuff and I don't leave the house without it!

I spent days tring to find a quality head to replace the regretable one which arrived with a tripod. It needed to bear up 12.5 lbs and still maneouver smoothly and professionally. Due to the positioning of locking knobs the handle easily works from either side without obstructing control. The highly visible plate locking knob is a real plus, since most of the work will be in low light and the ability to see things is an abstolute need. Why do people always make things black?!? Worth it at twice the price.

I bought my AirHed Cine in July this year.
I'd been having an issue with a heavy lens not being fully supported by my AirHed Trinity causing it to droop forward when trying to shoot the moon.

The Cine was an immediate success - once I realised that I could either drop the central column or remove it & attach the head directly to the tripod without that intervention.

This is superb when the arca-swiss plate is on the foot of a long lens.

I have swap out to a Q4 for shorter lens where it's the camera attached as the L-plate is the wrong orientation to shoot forward, which limits me to landscape.

I'd love to see a head/plate that would sit in the cine clamp & also offer a clamp at right angle to that to grab the L-plate.

Got this to go on my 3 Legged Thing Mike and I have got say this product is out standing it works really well with my Nikon 200-500mm lens and dslr camera.
The smooth operation from it is outstanding and after looking at other heads of the same style on the market none them look as stunning ans the 3 Legged Thing.
Really looking forward to getting out and using it.
Would I recommend this product...... YES with out a even blinking.

I recently picked up the AirHed Cine tripod video head and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. As someone shooting video on a mirrorless setup, finding a fluid head that's both lightweight and capable can be a challenge; but this one strikes the balance beautifully while being at a competitive price point.

The standout feature for me is the head's compact size and low weight. Despite this, it delivers exceptional stability, even with longer lenses or when tracking movement. It feels robust and secure, without the usual bulk associated with video heads.

The tension dials are intuitive and solidly built. They give you precise control over pan and tilt resistance, allowing you to easily dial in the right amount of fluidity depending on your shot.

Another thoughtful design element is the control arm attachment. It can be mounted on either side, making it suitable for both left- and right-handed users or adjusting for different setups. It screws in smoothly and feels secure in use.

Its compact form factor doesn't compromise performance, and the user-friendly adjustments give you real creative control. For mirrorless video shooters, the AirHed Cine is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Spent some time at the the 3LT stand at the ExCel Photo Show in early March. Online and in-person, the 3 LT team are very helpful. I bought the Excel Cine having had a try-out at the show.
Customer Service & Support, Design and Build, 3LT are quality company. They are my "go-to" in this marketplace.

Product arrived promptly and very well wrapped. Excellent quality as always from 3 Legged Thing. Easy to use and very smooth.

My advice is don't waste your money on Gimbals and expensive ball heads!! Just buy this product and it will do everything you require

If you need a precise head for your photo and/or video shooting here is the perfect one! Easy to use, smooth movements, solid product… If you try it you will love it ;)

For me this was a great head to add to my tripod. When locked it remains locked and I don't have to worry about any slip. When open it moves smoothly. Compact design and looks fantastic too.

I purchased this item for my mic tripod and all I can say it is a work of art. The colours pop. The materials are fantastic craftsmanship the design the functionality and it all works so well in the field. It's a pleasure to use on a daily basis.

Being diagnosed with Parkinsons disease I require a stable platform to be able to continue with my passion of wildlife photography.. Recently I came to the conclusion that a fluid head was possibly the only way forward after struggling with my Gimbal head because of my tremors. Looking at the specs of various models I kept coming back to the Airhed but was put off by the price. Nevertheless I still kept looking and still kept coming back to the airhed because of its compactness and weight.. Watching YouTube reviews made my mind up to purchase the airhed. What can I say? The airhed cine just oozes quality it's a fantastic piece of kit and worth every penny. Would I recommend it? YES
