Vanz dual ball and spike footwear (set of 3)

I haven’t used it yet but, I’ve connected the three mini legs and balls (almost sounding rude) and it looks like a stunning piece of engineering… I look forward to playing with it 👍

I didn’t buy these with the Brian 2.0 but really should have and got them soon after, the spikes are great for outdoors and they can be used with the head for very low level shooting!

What an amazing bit of kit! I was reticent to start as they are not cheap but turns out they are worth every penny! Not only do they add stability (and a little height) to my tripod especially in rough or boggy ground but by removing the main legs convert my tripod into an awesome desktop tripod for indoor or ground work!
Go for it you won’t be disappointed!

I got these along with the Punks Brian 2.0 and I couldn’t be happier with these and the tripod. The way I use them is by taking the tripod legs off and putting these on as the legs. Great stable way to get the camera down low.

Very pleased with these - the spikes make a huge difference when you're shooting on soft ground. Being able to swap between balls or spikes without having to get tools and actually swap feet is very handy. The ability to use them to make a mini tabletop tripod is very handy too, although I'll admit I haven't actually used them like that yet. All in all, I think every tripod should have them!

Top drawer accessory for my Punks Corey together they make a brilliant mini tripod.

These will add stability in wet and soft ground as 99 per cent of my shots are taken mainly low level . Of course the Vanz provide a couple of inches more height if needed . Another plus being they provide a little protection to the bottom column of the tripod as well . Excellent addition to the tripod and to 3 Legged thing I say A BIG THANKYOU !!!!

Going to be honest, I didn't think I'd use these as much as I do, so handy, great for making an extremely small tabletop tripod, great for monopod, great for grip, in muddy forests, even used as a spike in the Center column when my Leo 2 is eating the dirt on low down shots, would definitely recommend

Vanz have been a game-changer for my photography.

I've now bought two sets for my two main tripods. I leave the boots on when shooting on slippery rocks and remove them in woodland to get a firm base in grass and ferns.

I'm considering a third set for my Vlogging tripod - that's how good they are !!

I love the Vanz for using with my Leo 2.0 with legs removed. I shoot a lot of ground level macro, sometimes on ice and other sketchy surfaces and the Vanz are like insurance. Great product.

I use these on there own to create a micro tripod for macro pictures of lichens etc. Brilliant

As a landscape photographer who works in many different types of terrain I've been using VANZ for some time.

Whether you working on a beach, rocky hillsides or ankle deep in a fast flowing water, Vanz with their spikes and rubber feet always cope , giving me the confidence to focus on capturing the image.

Travis loves his new feet, hard @ soft ground best of both worlds. long enough to use for desk top cam, no need for a short tripod. Nice one chickens keep it up.

Great idea to produce long spikes with removable rubber shoes. Makes Ray a handy table top tripod when attached to tripod body. Provides additional support, dirt protection and height when attached to tripod legs.

Useful for those who need to quickly alternate between outdoor and indoor, as the bowl can be easily removed.
From my side I prefer to use the standard feets and the spikes separately, but it's only a question of point of view :)

I bought these as an extra for my Winston 2.0 and thought they might be a gimmick. They're not. They add a whole extra dimension to the uses of the tripod and would now be a no brainer for future purchases.
